Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your purchase and use of the AI visibility audit sold at tabyian.com. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Who you are buying from

The service is provided by Tabyian, a service operated by an individual based in Amman, Jordan. Throughout these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Tabyian.

You can reach us at hello@tabyian.com.

2. Who processes your payment

This means that when you buy, your payment contract is with Paddle, not with us. Paddle takes the payment, determines and charges any tax due in your country, and issues your invoice. We never see or store your card details.

Paddle's own terms apply to the payment alongside these terms. You can read them at paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms.

3. What you are buying

A one-off audit measuring how visible a named business is inside AI assistants. Each audit includes:

An optional re-check add-on may be purchased at checkout. It entitles you to a second audit of the same business approximately 90 days after the first.

4. Price and currency

The audit is $99 USD. The re-check add-on is $29 USD. Any figure shown in Saudi Riyals on our site is an approximate conversion for guidance only; the amount charged is in US dollars.

Paddle may add sales tax, VAT or an equivalent charge depending on where you are. The total is shown before you confirm.

Discount codes, where offered, apply only at checkout and cannot be applied to a completed order.

5. Delivery

Reports are normally delivered within 30 minutes of payment clearing, to the email address given at checkout. Delivery consists of a private report link and a PDF.

The audit makes several hundred live calls to third-party AI services. If one of those services is unavailable or rate-limits us, an audit can take longer. If we cannot complete your audit at all, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Your report link is private and unguessable. It is not indexed by search engines. Anyone holding the link can view the report, so treat it as confidential.

6. What the report is, and what it is not

The report is a measurement taken at a point in time. It records what three named AI engines actually answered, on a stated date, to a stated list of questions.

It is not a prediction and not a guarantee. Specifically:

Everything stated as a number in the report is measured by our own code, not generated by a language model. Language models are used only to write the prose, and every sentence is checked back against the measurements before delivery.

7. What we need from you

You must give accurate details at checkout: the business name as it is actually written, a working website address, the services sold, and up to three genuine competitors. An audit run on wrong details will produce a report about the wrong thing, and that is not grounds for a refund under section 3 of our Refund Policy beyond the standard window.

By ordering you confirm that you own the business being audited, or are authorised to request an audit on its behalf.

8. Competitor information

We crawl the publicly accessible pages of the competitor websites you name, in the same way any search engine would, and we respect their robots.txt. We do not attempt to access anything private, and we do not contact them.

9. Acceptable use

The report is licensed for use by you and inside your business, including by a developer or agency working for you. You may not resell it, publish it in full, or present it as your own product. You may quote from it with attribution.

10. Intellectual property

The findings about your business are yours to use as you wish. The scoring methodology, the question generation, the software and the report design remain ours.

11. Limits of our liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Beyond that, our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost business or lost goodwill arising from decisions taken on the basis of a report.

12. Suspension and refusal

We may decline or cancel an order and refund it if the request appears fraudulent, if the named website cannot be reached, if the business appears to be in a category we cannot responsibly audit, or if the request would require us to breach a third party's terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the date you ordered. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your own country of residence. Payment matters are additionally governed by Paddle's buyer terms.

15. Complaints

Write to hello@tabyian.com. We acknowledge complaints within two business days and aim to resolve them within ten business days. If we cannot resolve a payment or refund matter, you may raise it directly with Paddle, who as Merchant of Record handles returns and buyer support.
